2:18pm
Ahh it’s 2:18pm…Kyle is giving his seminar at 2:30…I have the jitters for him!
We got the best letter from the Bohlers this past week! :)
I’ve been such a little Martha Stewart since I’ve been home for break….minus the whole breaking the law/going to jail thing. :)
Jesus your love has no bounds…
Circulation differences
The past 2 days when I’ve ran, I’ve noticed that my left hand is really warm and my right hand is really cold. I’m not wearing gloves on either and I run with my hands in the same position. So weird—I guess my left hand has better circulation? haha
TRX love
Another really tangible reason why I love this workout system: my mom ordered me one for Christmas (I get to act surprised Christmas morning!) and I received an e-mail from a regional manager (actually I think the lady who trained me last spring) saying she appreciated my purchase and if I had any issues or questions to e-mail her whenever I’d like. How cool is that?
Phones
Although I should be grateful for the communication they provide, I just really don’t enjoy talking on the phone. :/
Exhaustion
You know you’re tired when you fall asleep for about an hour with the lights on… haha
Road to Recovery
1. I texted with Molly all morning… both of us wishing we could somehow have a community nap + scrubs marathon together
2. Getting a hug from Fadia. Even though I secretly wish she still lived in Toledo all the time.
3. I was really good so Kyle took me to get a mint chocolate chip milkshake from Baskin Robins.
4. I made plans with my mom and Kyle’s mom for Monday...
Strep throat + hiccups = really painful
Internal Alarm Clock
Every morning…it never fails… I’ll set my alarm (and the time I wake up changes throughout the week, but is no more than an hour or so off from each other) and I’ll wake up 10-15 minutes before! Ridiculous. I don’t know how my body does it. Examples: Set alarm for church yesterday at 6:46, woke up at 6:30. Set alarm to workout at 6:06 this morning, woke up at 5:45. ...
TurboKick tonight…one week post hamstring pull—we’ll see how teaching with low-impact goes! :)
The best part of my day (other than Sarah being alive and in Toledo!) was planning a Sarah-Ashley date for Veterans Day! Ann Arbor here we come! :)
